Role Overview

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders for online customers, prioritizing safety.
• Coordinate with various departments on stock shortages, substitutions, and customer queries.
• Maintain a proactive commitment to health and safety standards for yourself and coworkers.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a strong customer service mindset and contribute to customer-first decisions in line with company processes.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and collaborative teamwork.
• Capable of standing throughout the entire shift.
• Exude a friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude.

Work Schedule

Roster includes:

• Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
