About the Role
A well-established and expanding company operating in the construction supply sector is currently looking to add a personable, professional, and highly organised Front Office Executive to their Naas-based team. This multifaceted role involves managing front-of-house responsibilities, handling office administration, and providing personal assistant support to the Director.
As the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers, you will be essential in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the daily office functions operate seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Oversee the reception area and coordinate all front-of-house activities.
- Prepare refreshments such as tea and coffee for meetings and visitors.
- Provide administrative assistance and personal support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative procedures.
- Organise work schedules and bookings for jobs.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments to keep accounts updated.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, filing, and documentation.
- Support the broader office team with general administrative tasks as required.
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications—including Outlook, Word, and Excel—to facilitate daily operations effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in front office, reception, administrative, or office support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with a friendly and polished approach.
- Excellent organisational capabilities with the skill to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
- Professional telephone etiquette and exemplary customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Capability to work autonomously while maintaining a positive team collaboration.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in work.
- A proactive mindset, taking ownership and responsibility for tasks.
