Role Overview

The Office Coordinator supports corporate office daily functions through front desk reception, administrative services, and office management. The role maintains a professional and inviting atmosphere, facilitating seamless communication and logistical support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a courteous and professional welcome to visitors and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the main phone lines and voicemails promptly and efficiently.
