Key Responsibilities

• Manage the office environment ensuring it is welcoming and well-stocked with meals, supplies, and vendor coordination, creating a professional yet hospitable workspace.
• Coordinate events such as dinners, offsites, and team gatherings by selecting venues, sending invitations, and overseeing logistics to maintain strong company culture.
• Assist with executive scheduling and recruitment activities, ensuring calendars are efficiently managed and candidates receive prompt communications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for miscellaneous issues requiring ownership to resolve challenges quickly and effortlessly.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 annually.
