About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a small team providing round-the-clock services for the Coroners Court. As the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, you will assess caller needs accurately and ensure the correct response or action is taken based on your expertise. Beyond frontline communication, you will manage various administrative duties related to case matters notified to the Coroner. You will serve as a critical liaison between the Coroner and other involved parties by utilizing file management systems to facilitate information access and maintain efficient service delivery.

  • Flexibility to work day, evening, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled.
  • Minimum qualification of NCEA Level 2 or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
