Position Overview

One Life Tourism, located in Business Bay, Dubai, is seeking an energetic and goal-driven Marketing Specialist. This role focuses on designing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and propel business expansion within the tourism and travel sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
Manage and deploy digital marketing campaigns across diverse online platforms.
Oversee marketing for services including visa processing, travel packages, and tourism solutions.
Maintain schedule of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
Collaborate with social media teams, creative designers, and external partners to produce marketing assets.
Handle paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms, ensuring optimization.
Track campaign efficacy, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements for increased ROI.
Formulate lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Partner with sales to enhance lead quality and boost conversion rates.
Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Manage email marketing initiatives and customer engagement communications.
Support website content updates, SEO efforts, and enhance online presence.
Generate comprehensive marketing reports covering performance, leads, web traffic, and conversion statistics.
Ensure brand messaging consistency throughout all marketing channels.

Candidate Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
Possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
Experience operating within the UAE market is advantageous.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media is essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Proficient in analyzing marketing data and producing detailed reports.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM, and email marketing software.
Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
Creative problem solver capable of generating innovative marketing concepts.
Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in tourism, travel, immigration, hospitality, or lead generation sectors.
Understanding of customer acquisition approaches.
Experience designing marketing funnels and conversion optimization tactics.
Basic skills in graphic design and content development.
Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and maximizing advertising efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranging from AED 6000 to AED 7000, commensurate with experience.
Provision of employment visa.
Medical insurance coverage.
Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law.
