Role Overview

The Leadership & Mindset Consultant will design and implement high-impact coaching and consulting sessions to elevate clients' leadership abilities and mindset. This fully remote position includes conducting both individualized and group executive coaching sessions, facilitating online workshops, and contributing to the creation of transformational learning materials and tools. The consultant is expected to collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor programs according to client needs, track progress through measurable outcomes, and continually refine strategies. Daily tasks comprise preparing coaching session content, maintaining detailed client documentation, managing program delivery projects, and engaging with a global community to promote sustained learning and growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in executive and leadership coaching to effectively guide clients through mindset and leadership development challenges.
• Background in consulting and leadership development for designing and implementing impactful growth initiatives.
• Strong project management abilities to oversee initiatives, timelines, and deliverables in a global remote context.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in virtual teamwork.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, entrepreneurs, or high-performance individuals is highly advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in coaching, leadership development, psychology, or organizational development considered a plus.
• Familiarity and comfort with digital collaboration platforms and online learning tools, with capability to work independently across multiple time zones.
