Key Responsibilities

Assist with transaction execution, including outreach to investors and support for due diligence work.
Help prepare and improve financial models, pitch materials, and other client-facing documents.
Conduct research and organize investor lists by geography and sector.
Take part in internal planning discussions and client-facing meetings.
Keep current with market developments, venture funding activity, and relevant industry trends.

Candidate Profile

Undergraduate candidates in their penultimate or final year, or recent graduates, with studies in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related subject.
Strong ability to analyze information and communicate clearly.
Proactive, self-driven approach with a strong bias toward taking action.
