Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with transaction execution, including outreach to investors and support for due diligence work.
- Help prepare and improve financial models, pitch materials, and other client-facing documents.
- Conduct research and organize investor lists by geography and sector.
- Take part in internal planning discussions and client-facing meetings.
- Keep current with market developments, venture funding activity, and relevant industry trends.
Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate candidates in their penultimate or final year, or recent graduates, with studies in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related subject.
- Strong ability to analyze information and communicate clearly.
- Proactive, self-driven approach with a strong bias toward taking action.
- Real enthusiasm for startups, venture capital, and capital markets.
