Inventory Team Member

About the Role

Mitre 10 MEGA Westgate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Team Member to join the team in Auckland. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inventory records and system integrity. As part of this position, you will collaborate with multiple departments to manage stock records, investigate any discrepancies, and help refine inventory procedures to enhance overall efficiency. The position is full-time, entailing 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of both physical and digital inventory records.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies related to stock.
• Support and enhance inventory control procedures.
• Handle GAP reporting activities.
• Assist with stocktaking operations and their protocols.
• Maintain and update the Stock Master File.
• Collaborate across departments to support operational excellence and superior customer service.

• Comfortable with technology and computer systems; quick to learn new tools.

• Prior experience in inventory or stock control is advantageous, with familiarity with SAP considered a plus but not mandatory.
