Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to actively contribute to our business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and supporting our sales team in target achievement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Evaluate and qualify potential leads to assess sales viability.
• Arrange appointments and meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems.
• Perform timely follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to meet and exceed business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree, with 0 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation roles.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills are essential.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication capabilities are encouraged to apply.
