The firm is currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented HR Recruiter to become part of their expanding team.

Job Responsibilities

• Comprehend client requirements and job profiles thoroughly.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates using various platforms such as popular job portals and social media channels.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and clients.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth progression.
• Keep updated records of candidate information and manage recruitment tracking systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid grasp of recruitment processes and hiring methodologies.
• Familiarity with using multiple job portals for candidate sourcing effectively.
• Proficient in screening candidates to find the best matches for roles.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Preferred Credentials

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment consultancy settings.

Additional Details

• Work location is Malad, Mumbai.
• Working hours run from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
• The workweek includes Monday through Saturday with one Saturday off.
• Candidates should have between 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
