The firm is currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented HR Recruiter to become part of their expanding team.
Job Responsibilities
- Comprehend client requirements and job profiles thoroughly.
- Identify and attract suitable candidates using various platforms such as popular job portals and social media channels.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and clients.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth progression.
- Keep updated records of candidate information and manage recruitment tracking systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid grasp of recruitment processes and hiring methodologies.
- Familiarity with using multiple job portals for candidate sourcing effectively.
- Proficient in screening candidates to find the best matches for roles.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Preferred Credentials
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment consultancy settings.
Additional Details
- Work location is Malad, Mumbai.
- Working hours run from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- The workweek includes Monday through Saturday with one Saturday off.
- Candidates should have between 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
