About the Role
We are seeking a well-organized and detail-focused HR Hub Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive recruitment team. This role is crucial in processing applications across the Trust, providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates. Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment administrative tasks
- Accurately entering and maintaining candidate and employee data
- Handling recruitment documentation and maintaining systems
- Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from candidates and hiring managers via email or phone
- Supporting onboarding procedures and ensuring all compliance checks are fulfilled
- Collaborating with team members to deliver an efficient recruitment service
About North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust
This Trust operates 24/7 emergency accident and medical services, including transportation and community care. Our skilled personnel provide life-saving care, transport patients to hospitals or care facilities, and offer non-emergency patient transport for those who need assistance due to medical or clinical conditions. We work closely with other emergency services to maintain public safety during major incidents and operate the NHS 111 service in the North West, delivering fast, non-emergency medical assistance continuously throughout the year.
