Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment administrative tasks
• Accurately entering and maintaining candidate and employee data
• Handling recruitment documentation and maintaining systems
• Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from candidates and hiring managers via email or phone
• Supporting onboarding procedures and ensuring all compliance checks are fulfilled
• Collaborating with team members to deliver an efficient recruitment service
