Iconcept Technologies is seeking a proactive HR Executive skilled in Corporate Training coordination to join their Pune office. The role focuses on driving corporate training initiatives by liaising with clients and trainers to ensure successful training engagements.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with HR and Learning & Development teams.
• Arrange and manage meetings with corporate clients.
• Create detailed training proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain regular follow-up communications to secure training project agreements.
• Coordinate with trainers to facilitate seamless training delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of one year experience in Corporate Coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong aptitude for client engagement and persistent follow-ups.
