Role Overview

We are seeking a user-experience driven Head of Product to lead the Wealth & Trading segment. This role involves setting the strategic direction and roadmap for products encompassing trading platforms, investments, and wealth management solutions, ensuring global scalability alongside simplicity and user-centric clarity.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Wealth & Trading product line by defining strategy, roadmaps, and user experience enhancements for trading and investment solutions.
• Develop product vision balancing commercial goals, customer requirements, and outstanding UX standards.
• Partner with Design and Engineering teams to craft intuitive, innovative, and scalable products.
• Coach and develop product team members to meet strategic objectives.
• Manage comprehensive product roadmaps and prioritizations within a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
• Utilize AI and automation technologies to improve trading decisions, portfolio management, and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in product management, ideally within fintech, trading, or wealth management sectors.
• At least 3 years managing multiple product teams or squads in complex, product-centric organizations.
• Proven expertise in UX-focused product development for complex, customer-facing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define and lead product strategies and effectively communicate vision to stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong analytical aptitude and commercial insight to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and customer impact.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to overseeing product initiatives from initial concept through launch.
• Experience delivering complex financial products amidst uncertainty and rapid change.

Preferred Experience

• Background in trading platforms, investment products, or equity research with ability to translate intricate financial ideas into accessible user experiences.
