Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

This position requires candidates with experience in sales related to Business Loans, Loan Against Property, Home Loans, or Working Capital Finance. Essential qualities include having a strong network within the market and DSA community, solid understanding of the business loans sector, and being both a motivated self-starter and a cooperative team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in prospecting, developing, and acquiring business merchant clients directly or through channels such as DSAs and alliances.
• Consistently meet monthly targets for loan disbursements, ensuring growth in loan distribution.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the product offerings to effectively communicate and explain them to merchants.
• Clearly articulate the features and pricing of products to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification is a graduate degree.
• Possess between 1 to 5 years of professional experience within banking, insurance, or NBFC sectors.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹42,000.
