Internship Overview

Tarte Cosmetics invites passionate rising senior college students to participate in an in-person Packaging Internship in their New York City office during the Fall 2026 semester. This internship offers firsthand experience in the packaging department, providing exposure to fast-paced work environments and opportunities to collaborate with experts in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities within the packaging department.
• Manage and take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and speaking events led by company leaders from different departments.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to complete independent projects.
• Enhance teamwork, leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with preference for rising seniors.
• Availability to work on-site at the New York City office during the fall semester.
• Capability to multitask and adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient written and interpersonal communication abilities.
