Internship Overview
Tarte Cosmetics invites passionate rising senior college students to participate in an in-person Packaging Internship in their New York City office during the Fall 2026 semester. This internship offers firsthand experience in the packaging department, providing exposure to fast-paced work environments and opportunities to collaborate with experts in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities within the packaging department.
- Manage and take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Participate in training sessions and speaking events led by company leaders from different departments.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to complete independent projects.
- Enhance teamwork, leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
Candidate Requirements
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with preference for rising seniors.
- Availability to work on-site at the New York City office during the fall semester.
- Capability to multitask and adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
