About the Role

This fast-growing company has surpassed £20 million in annual recurring revenue within just nine months, becoming the most followed brand in its niche.
The Founder seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide stellar support and manage high-level organizational tasks. This position requires proactive management of the founder’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements. As the company continues to expand, the role will evolve into a more strategic capacity with opportunities to lead new projects and take on broader responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the founder’s calendar, travel plans, and meetings, ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational skills, ensuring no details are overlooked.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and demonstrate trustworthy judgment.
- Adapt and grow with the business, embracing an expanding role that includes strategic initiatives and project management.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with an eye for detail and follow-through.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential matters.
- A strong desire to develop professionally in an evolving role within a fast-paced company.
- Prior experience as an EA, PA, or in supporting senior executives, preferably founders, is advantageous but not mandatory.
