We are seeking an Electronics Field Service and Customer Support Engineer to provide outstanding after-sales technical assistance and field service for our electronic products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sales support for electronic instruments through troubleshooting and repair.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and internal sales personnel.
• Conduct technical presentations to effectively communicate product functionalities and solutions.
• Travel extensively across India to support field service requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in field service operations, customer support, and repair of electronic devices.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities to engage customers and team members.
• Willingness to undertake PAN India travel as needed.
• Educational background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electrical, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunication Engineering.
