Job Overview
Join Scientific Mes-Technik Pvt Ltd, a renowned manufacturer of Test & Measuring instruments, including Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Function Generators, Frequency Counters, Digital Multimeters, LCR Meters, lab stations, and related accessories. We are seeking an Electronics Field Service and Customer Support Engineer to provide outstanding after-sales technical assistance and field service for our electronic products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver post-sales support for electronic instruments through troubleshooting and repair.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and internal sales personnel.
- Conduct technical presentations to effectively communicate product functionalities and solutions.
- Travel extensively across India to support field service requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in field service operations, customer support, and repair of electronic devices.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities to engage customers and team members.
- Willingness to undertake PAN India travel as needed.
- Educational background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electrical, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunication Engineering.
