About the Role
Join Wellhöfer Reisen as a Disponentin or Disponent at the Sachsen location near Ansbach. We seek organized individuals who enjoy maintaining oversight, planning ahead, and ensuring smooth operations. As a pivotal contact point bridging drivers, customers, and the maintenance workshop, you will coordinate the bus fleet's deployment effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning and operational control of drivers and vehicle fleets.
- Create and enhance duty schedules and transport timetables.
- Handle order processing and coordinate directly with clients.
- Oversee workshop coordination, maintenance schedules, and availability of vehicles.
- Utilize dispatch software alongside digital tools to streamline operations.
- Serve as a primary contact for drivers and partner companies.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in bus operations, transportation, or dispatching roles.
- Strong organizational skills paired with a methodical and structured working approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with dispatch software is preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities with decisive problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical knowledge considered an asset.
- Fluent in German and English languages.
- Possession of a Class B driver’s license; Class CE/DE licenses are advantageous.
