This role involves collecting grocery or parcel orders from Blinkit dark stores and delivering them to customers with a target delivery time of approximately 10 to 20 minutes. The position requires using the Blinkit Partner App to manage orders, maintain timely deliveries, and uphold high service ratings.

Compensation

• Earnings per order typically range from ₹20 to ₹35.
• Monthly income can widely vary: roughly ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 for average full-time work, ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 for those working longer hours at peak times, and over ₹80,000 for intensive effort including incentives.
• Compensation comprises base pay, per order payment, incentives, bonuses, and petrol allowance.
