This role involves collecting grocery or parcel orders from Blinkit dark stores and delivering them to customers with a target delivery time of approximately 10 to 20 minutes. The position requires using the Blinkit Partner App to manage orders, maintain timely deliveries, and uphold high service ratings.

Flexible full-time or part-time shifts available including mornings, evenings, and nights.
The job predominantly involves fieldwork using a bike or scooter.
Delivery targets range from 25 to over 40 orders per day depending on work hours and location.

Compensation

Earnings per order typically range from ₹20 to ₹35.
Monthly income can widely vary: roughly ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 for average full-time work, ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 for those working longer hours at peak times, and over ₹80,000 for intensive effort including incentives.
Compensation comprises base pay, per order payment, incentives, bonuses, and petrol allowance.

Important Notes

Income is not fixed; it depends on order availability, demand in the area, and the number of hours worked.
Fuel expenses are typically borne by the delivery person.
On some days, earnings may be lower due to fewer orders.

Example Earnings

An example daily earning calculation would be 30 orders multiplied by ₹25 per order equalling ₹750 plus incentives of ₹200 to ₹500, total daily earnings around ₹900 to ₹1200, resulting in roughly ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 monthly over 26 working days.
