Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and voice channels.
- Identify and understand customer issues, providing effective resolutions.

Additional Information

- Salary range: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- Employee Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits apply as per company policy after six months of employment.
