Role Overview

We seek a Customer Support Executive to engage directly with farmers, address their service requests, and ensure effective coordination between our DaaS centers and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries from farmers.
• Clearly convey details about our drone spraying services and facilitate scheduling of bookings.
• Maintain comprehensive records including farmer databases, order logs, and service feedback.
• Liaise with local DaaS centers to guarantee timely service execution.
• Provide updates and conduct after-service follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives within local farming communities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Graduate or Diploma degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in Kannada is essential; proficiency in English or Hindi is advantageous.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are required.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and various mobile applications.
• Previous experience in customer support, call handling, or agricultural service desks is beneficial but not mandatory.
