Role Overview
We seek a Customer Support Executive to engage directly with farmers, address their service requests, and ensure effective coordination between our DaaS centers and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries from farmers.
- Clearly convey details about our drone spraying services and facilitate scheduling of bookings.
- Maintain comprehensive records including farmer databases, order logs, and service feedback.
- Liaise with local DaaS centers to guarantee timely service execution.
- Provide updates and conduct after-service follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives within local farming communities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Graduate or Diploma degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in Kannada is essential; proficiency in English or Hindi is advantageous.
- Strong communication and active listening skills are required.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and various mobile applications.
- Previous experience in customer support, call handling, or agricultural service desks is beneficial but not mandatory.
