Customer Care Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking male candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive at our Bengaluru office. Freshers from non-technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi as well as a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, chat, or email promptly and professionally.
• Provide precise information and effectively resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold quality standards during customer interactions.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Freshers can apply, provided they do not come from technical backgrounds.
• Fluency in English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customers patiently.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good listening and problem-solving aptitude.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to work in a customer support environment and adapt to rotational shifts if necessary.

Compensation

The role offers a fixed monthly salary of INR 23,000.
