Job Overview
We are seeking male candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive at our Bengaluru office. Freshers from non-technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi as well as a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, chat, or email promptly and professionally.
- Provide precise information and effectively resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly.
- Adhere to company policies and uphold quality standards during customer interactions.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Freshers can apply, provided they do not come from technical backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customers patiently.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Good listening and problem-solving aptitude.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Willingness to work in a customer support environment and adapt to rotational shifts if necessary.
Additional Information
Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Compensation
The role offers a fixed monthly salary of INR 23,000.
