Customer Care Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Executive based in Hobart, Tasmania. This permanent position focuses on nurturing customer relationships, handling client communications, and making outbound calls to schedule new jobs and promote ongoing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to both national and key clients
• Prepare service contracts accurately
• Manage purchase order processing
• Coordinate and schedule technician appointments efficiently to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain daily contact with customers to address their needs
• Efficiently handle inquiries and proactively resolve client issues
• Collaborate with Customer Services, Sales and Services, and Operations teams to meet goals
• Initiate outbound calls to promote products and services within the existing client base

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer service, administration, or account management
• Demonstrated expertise in customer retention strategies
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• Competent with intermediate-level computer skills
• Effective complaint management and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well under pressure
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
