Key Responsibilities

• Service and upkeep of washroom hygiene products across a range of client sites.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Independently handle tasks to achieve service objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
• Identify and communicate any hygiene or service issues, recommending improvements as required.
• Adhere strictly to all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
• Utilize mobile technology for accurate reporting and documentation purposes.
• Effectively manage on-site client concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Current and valid Australian driver's license (Green P-plate holders encouraged to apply).
• Previous experience in cleaning or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member.
• Positive attitude towards customer service with meticulous attention to hygiene details.
• Mandatory possession of a Working With Children Check.
• Completion of pre-employment checks including police, medical, and reference verifications.
