Responsibilities

• Coordinate special events at the restaurant
• Determine food portion sizes and associated costs
• Prepare meals catering to customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and safety procedures
• Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment
• Maintain records and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
