Overview

Responsibilities

Coordinate special events at the restaurant
Determine food portion sizes and associated costs
Prepare meals catering to customers with food allergies or intolerances
Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and safety procedures
Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment
Maintain records and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
