Construction Manager - High-Rise Building

About the Role

Management Solutions International (MSI) is recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to lead high-rise building projects based in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-rise developments ensuring successful and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for high-rise building construction.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and various stakeholders.
• Apply expert knowledge of jumping floor systems and advanced construction methods.
• Ensure projects comply with all UAE building codes and local authority regulations.
• Drive on-time project delivery while managing resources and timelines efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• At least 15 years of proven experience managing construction projects involving high-rise buildings.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques specific to tall structures.
• Superior leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Prior experience working in the UAE or other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is highly desirable.
