About the Role
Management Solutions International (MSI) is recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to lead high-rise building projects based in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-rise developments ensuring successful and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution for high-rise building construction.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and various stakeholders.
- Apply expert knowledge of jumping floor systems and advanced construction methods.
- Ensure projects comply with all UAE building codes and local authority regulations.
- Drive on-time project delivery while managing resources and timelines efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 15 years of proven experience managing construction projects involving high-rise buildings.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques specific to tall structures.
- Superior leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Prior experience working in the UAE or other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is highly desirable.
