About Stepping Stones International School

Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Manager to be the primary liaison for our parent community, integrating four key functions: admissions, parent communication, event coordination, and student records administration. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing the school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire admissions process from the initial inquiry through to student enrollment.
- Handle both internal and external communications that reflect the school's brand identity and values.
- Organize and execute various school events, ranging from routine meetings to major occasions.
- Maintain student records with accuracy and ensure they are consistently updated.
- Act as a calm, clear, and reliable point of contact for parents, providing support and information as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage comfortably with parents, staff, and children.
- Maintains composure and clarity under pressure and challenging situations.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in education, hospitality, or other customer-oriented environments is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as the role directly represents the school.
