Role Overview
Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for a meticulous Communications Editor to craft, revise, and polish customer-oriented content. The goal is to deliver clear, concise, and consistent messages that comply with brand identity and regulatory guidelines. This position requires excellent writing skills, the ability to simplify intricate information, and the capacity to thrive independently in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread customer-facing materials to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Maintain consistent tone, grammar, and adherence to AP style guidelines
- Translate complex business concepts into easily understandable language
- Modify content appropriately for varied audiences and communication channels
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure message alignment
- Handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines effectively
- Enhance readability and overall quality of content produced
- Contribute to documentation and communication workflows
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable skills in writing, editing, and proofreading
- Proficiency in AP style and strong grammar knowledge
- Experience in communications or developing content
