Collection Executive / Officer

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Collections Executive to handle on-ground recovery operations for overdue loan accounts. The role requires regular visits to customers, digital collection of dues, meeting assigned targets, and reporting activities daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to customers with delinquent loan accounts.
• Collect outstanding payments through approved digital payment channels.
• Achieve specified collection targets and meet key performance indicators.
• Maintain professional and compliant communication with customers.
• Submit comprehensive daily collection reports detailing customer interactions and recovery status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve collection-related challenges promptly.
• Follow all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards in collection.

Eligibility and Experience

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of collections or recovery experience.
• Experience dealing with Two-Wheeler or Personal Loans is an advantage.
• Possession of Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is preferred.
• Male candidates preferred due to field work.
• Age below 35 years.

Working Conditions

• Position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
• Working hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with no weekly days off.
• Field role involving extensive travel within the city.

Compensation

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
• Additional conveyance allowance of ₹4,000 per month.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, honest, disciplined, and goal-driven.
• Comfortable working independently in a field environment.
• Basic familiarity with digital payment methods and loan recovery processes.
• Valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler are preferred.
