Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Executive will serve as a key liaison between event organisers and the company, ensuring excellent coordination and communication. This role involves handling agreements, contract finalisations, and onboarding procedures to ensure events are properly listed on the Live Fiesta platform. The executive will also be responsible for providing organisers with up-to-date sales and performance reports, collaborating on pricing and revenue enhancement strategies, and acting as the primary contact point before and after event launches.
