Cart Attendant

Job Overview

As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #4277 in Hurricane, WV, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a positive first and last impression of the store. Responsibilities include collecting shopping carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to transfer carts indoors, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the carts. This role requires a positive attitude regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation and Work Schedule

The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage mandated for the location. Additional earnings may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Premium pay, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, may be awarded depending on factors such as shift schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks, potentially resulting in multiple premiums concurrently. Shifts available include Mid-Shift and Closing.
