Bigbillion Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a motivated and goal-driven Business Development Executive to help grow its business network and maintain strong client relationships. This full-time position, located at 127, 2nd Floor, PSK Bhooshanam Mahal, 100ft By-Pass Road, Velachery, Chennai 600042, is open to male candidates below 35 years of age, welcoming both freshers and experienced professionals. The salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 monthly, supplemented by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business leads through various means such as field visits, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Promote company products and services effectively to prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Draft and follow up on business proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.
• Participate in client meetings, promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities as necessary.
• Provide consistent updates and reports regarding business development efforts and market insights.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or similar fields.
• Fundamental understanding of marketing and sales development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven with a focus on target achievement and willingness to travel for business engagements.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, email, and internet browsing.
