Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join PhonePe as Field Sales Executives, driving merchant onboarding and promoting our innovative products in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage in visits to local shops to onboard new merchants onto PhonePe's platform.
• Promote and sell PhonePe Smart Speakers and QR Scanners to retailers.
• Effectively communicate product advantages and foster strong customer relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹21,000.
• Earn monthly incentives between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 based on performance.
• Receive a petrol allowance of ₹4,000 per month to support travel expenses.

Interview and Selection Process

• Face-to-face interview conducted at ASM Gate location.
• Successful candidates will receive their offer letter within 24 hours after selection.
