Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic professionals to join PhonePe as Field Sales Executives, driving merchant onboarding and promoting our innovative products in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage in visits to local shops to onboard new merchants onto PhonePe's platform.
- Promote and sell PhonePe Smart Speakers and QR Scanners to retailers.
- Effectively communicate product advantages and foster strong customer relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹21,000.
- Earn monthly incentives between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 based on performance.
- Receive a petrol allowance of ₹4,000 per month to support travel expenses.
Interview and Selection Process
- Face-to-face interview conducted at ASM Gate location.
- Successful candidates will receive their offer letter within 24 hours after selection.
