Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

This role is open to candidates with an MBA, BBA, or relevant experience seeking to drive company growth by identifying and cultivating new business prospects. The position is located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and generate fresh sales opportunities via thorough market analysis, networking, and lead sourcing.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new prospects and existing clients to support sustained business growth.
• Effectively present the company’s product and service portfolio to potential customers to demonstrate value.
• Manage negotiation processes and successfully close sales agreements to fulfill business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service and overall client satisfaction.
• Compile and submit detailed sales reports while maintaining comprehensive client documentation.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and monitor competitor initiatives to inform strategic decisions.
