As a Business Development Executive at Bizz Connect Digital Solution, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and providing them with accurate information. Your role involves responding to inquiries related to Caregivers, Nurses, and Attendants efficiently. You will manage and reply to leads received via WhatsApp, coordinate between clients and caregivers, and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking process. Daily updates on call records and lead statuses are required. It is essential to maintain professionalism and courteous communication with customers at all times.
