This position is based in Mohali and requires full-time, on-site work within the Business Development department. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and must attend face-to-face interviews only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate potential client leads using platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, email outreach, Google Search, business directories, and other online sources.

  • Collaborate with developers and designers to prepare detailed proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to grasp project scopes and delivery timelines effectively.
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients and secure recurring monthly support agreements through diligent follow-up.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of daily sales activities, leads generated, follow-ups, proposals submitted, and successful conversions.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements within the digital and IT domains.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated 2 to 4 years experience in business development, IT sales, online bidding, or lead generation.
  • Practical experience using Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms; familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting techniques, and business development methodologies.
  • Skilled in crafting detailed, customized proposals with technical precision.
  • Good knowledge of web and mobile development, website design, UI/UX principles, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside negotiation and client relationship management capabilities.
