Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage inbound calls and customer service requests.
- Provide detailed information regarding company products and services, handle order placements and cancellations, and document complaint specifics.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer conversations, inquiries, complaints, as well as actions performed.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to confirm resolution of customer issues.
- Direct complex or unresolved grievances to relevant departments for additional review.
- Demonstrate stamina for prolonged phone conversations and proficiency with dialer technology.
