AI Tools & Enablement Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Tools & Enablement Specialist with between 3 and over 11 years of professional experience to lead the integration, adoption, and operational use of AI technologies within business and technical teams. The candidate will have in-depth, hands-on knowledge with major enterprise AI platforms, productivity-enhancing AI tools, low-code automation software, data science environments, and API-based AI integrations, supporting organizational transformation through AI-enabled innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the enterprise-wide adoption of AI platforms aligned with organizational needs.
• Assess, customize, and deploy AI solutions that cater to various business objectives.
• Facilitate AI exploration, prototyping, and the rapid development of AI-powered applications.
• Design AI-driven workflows and automation systems to enhance productivity.
• Produce enablement resources, guidelines, and best practices for AI platform utilization.
• Collaborate closely with business units, data scientists, and engineering teams to uncover and implement AI use cases.
• Manage configurations for AI assistants, AI copilots, and generative AI solutions within the enterprise.
• Integrate AI functions seamlessly with business applications through APIs and automation frameworks.
• Support the establishment of governance frameworks ensuring secure and responsible AI adoption.
• Track usage metrics, adoption rates and assess the impact of AI tools on business outcomes.
• Deliver training and mentoring to users to maximize AI tool proficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years and up to 11+ years of experience in areas such as AI enablement, automation, analytics, software development, digital transformation, or technology consultancy.
• Hands-on experience with AI and data science platforms like Dataiku, Databricks, or Vertex AI Workbench supporting data analytics and machine learning workflows.
• Proficiency with AI/ML development environments and collaborative data science platforms.
• Experience in using generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Gemini for enterprise productivity applications.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and best practices for deploying AI assistants and generative AI in business processes.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or Appian for workflow automation and application development.
• Capability to design AI-enhanced automation solutions using low-code tools.
• Strong understanding of API integration techniques including REST APIs and authentication methods to connect AI capabilities with enterprise software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Track record of implementing AI adoption programs in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and ethical AI best practices.
• Experience working with AI cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with process optimization and digital transformation projects leveraging automation.
• Skilled in developing training programs and user enablement materials focused on AI technologies.
